It was a controversial enough move when Zenimax announced they would be charging $15 per month for their upcoming MMO The Elder Scrolls: Online instead of the free-to-play model currently popular in the genre, but with their more recent announcement yesterday, they are shaking up the payment world again by allowing potential players to forgo the monetary payment by way of burning a piece of Elder Scrolls lore.
