News organizations from around the country are flocking to a small town in Nevada after a gamer recently revealed he died a couple times in a totally legitimate way. The gamer, who wishes to remain anonymous, was playing Battlefield 4 on his new Xbox One last Thursday when the death suddenly came out of nowhere.
"It came out of nowhere," he told the press swarming his house. "We were playing on Operation Locker and I was making my way through the machine room when it happened." Several times throughout recanting his tale the longtime FPS gamer had to pause to choke back what looked like tears. "The camera zoomed back and I was dead. I checked my router and modem, both were working fine. I didn't even lag. Then I respawned and it happened again a few seconds later."
As he went on, we learned that he clearly didn't clip into a rock and die, get killed by some cheap shot through a wall, or have a goddamn fucking bullet not hit the other guy in time but that guys bullet magically can hit him and kill him instantly - as the majority of deaths are usually reported.
Several friends witnessed the events, stating that everything looked normal on their end. "He tried to tell us it was lag and his game froze, but we saw everything. The guy just got him right through the vents. We couldn't believe it either." Those same friends have since mocked him mercilessly and had several deaths of their own, although they were "clearly fucking lag."
