Microsoft To PS4 Owners: "Please Stop Showing Your Dicks on Twitch TV"

PlayStation 4 users that have been streaming nudity over the PlayStation Network and the game streaming website Twitch TV received an email from Microsoft pleading for them to stop immediately.

In the emails, Microsoft acknowledges that a lot of gamers have enjoyed owning a PS4 and their Xbox One and they are ok with that. What they don't like is the amount of "grotesque amounts of awkward sweaty male genitalia showing up on camera."

As it is, PS4 owners can stream "face cams" on Twitch but that service is being abused to stream the aforementioned nudity. Sony themselves have been relatively quiet about the problem and issuing bans appropriately, although a lot of nudity still prevails. Microsoft on the other hand, despite having nothing to do with the PS4 or having a streaming service of their own on the Xbox One is being stern in their emails, stating that users will face Xbox Live bans and "consideration of removing your Kinect cameras" if they don't comply and keep it in their pants.

Also in the emails is a short video from several Microsoft employees pleading with users to stop the nudity. "Look, we're working hard here at Microsoft to keep up with the 24/7 video streams we receive from your Kinect cameras," the various employees say, "and while we enjoy watching you eat Cheetos alone late at night and play our games when you have no idea we can see you, we also have to put with watching you stream your goddamn dicks over the internet."

We considered reaching out to Microsoft regarding the revelation that their cameras are allegedly collecting video 24/7 but when they threatened to release video of our late night sessions of Just Dance we decided against it.
