Joe Biden Sues Lollipop Chainsaw Developers, Claims His Likeness Was Used Without Permission

Vice President Joe Biden has filed a lawsuit against Grasshopper Manufacture, the developers behind the 2012 hack-and-slash Lollipop Chainsaw, for allegedly using his likeness without permission. The suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court claims that the developers used Biden’s likeness for their main character Juliet, copying almost exactly a style that the Vice President sported consistently in the late 90’s.

“Juliet’s short skirt and tight crop top are near mirror images of Mr. Biden’s daily dress during his time as a United States Senator in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s,” Biden’s attorney alleged during an exclusive interview with 60 minutes, where he also showed several example images of Biden sporting his iconic frill skirt during Bill Clinton’s impeachment trial, and wearing a low-cut yet still classy crop top during his 1996 re-election campaign. “It’s understandable if they found Mr. Vice President irresistible while he was showing off his legs in fabulous layered skirts and luscious pigtails, but by all means they should have contacted us or came up with their own design. What they did was an inexcusable breach of Mr. Bidens trust and personal choice of clothing.”

In their filed suit, Biden and his attorney claim that the other similarities come from how the character is used in the game versus how The Vice President conducts himself in everyday life. “While Ms. Juliet is wielding her chainsaw and slaying zombies, I too wield a chainsaw in the form of justice and take down no-gooders and other baddies that President Obama says I do a good job taking out," Biden alleges, "At least that what he always says before giving me a nice oatmeal cookie and closing the dungeon door. Since becoming Vice President I rarely wear the same attire that I did back in my spry late 50’s, it’s clear the developers are using my appearance as well as my actions as inspiration for this chainsaw-wielding bombshell.”

Also in the suit are allegations that the protagonists boyfriend/floating head Nick is not nearly the type of cutie that Biden could have attracted during his time wearing the outfit and pigtails, further damaging his reputation as a Vice President, fashionista, and desirable sexual object.

Grasshopper Manufacture has insisted publicly that they plan to fight Biden’s lawsuit and are innocent of any wrongdoings or copying of any of the Vice President likenesses, stating, “We saw Mr. Vice President’s fantastic outfits in the early 2000’s, yes, but frankly he couldn’t pull them off. Granted, he had the stellar abs and natural pigtails for the look but his breasts were just too big for the outfit. He went a little disgustingly overboard, frankly.”

At press time, it was discovered that Biden and his attorney have also filed suit against film star Lindsay Lohan for her allegations that a blonde biki-sporting supermodel in Grand Theft Auto V stole her likeness, claiming that the blonde woman is also based on Biden, not Lohan, and she is wrongly suing Rockstar North.
